so last night was sweet, because we finished all of our drum and bass tracks. and today we've started the guitar to swagger. we've got this really crunchy (taxman by the beatles) tone going so far through this vintage selmer amp. Apparently these amps are highly valued! Either way they sound amazing, and the recording of swagger so far sounds very stooges esque+the kinks. Really proto-punk kind of sound that is going on with these new recordings. Also Ariel our producer and Adam Levin our newly aquired manager just went out to go check this FARFISA combo organ for sam to play through. In the next 48 hours our recordings will be done and ready for mixing and mastering. Tonight we will be doing 90% of the guitar and vocals for two songs. Saturday is going to be a hectic day because we have to finish it all by the end of the night. Also im stoked to be meeting up with this girl tomorrow for an hour to get thai food. Our hotel is located in Thai Town if we forgot to mention that earlier. But we've found our local favorite place to eat so far. It is this bomb-ass taqueria called Yuccas. Their carne asada is to die for. unbelievable.
We are coming back to the cruz in two days.
