Day 3

Sup, it's T-dog. We were at the studio for eleven hours today. Mason and I spent fer days recording drum and bass tracks for swagger and finally, after 8 takes, had enough material for Ariel,
the producer, to work with. Also, I have been sick for days, and it blows. I have been trying to eat healthy, but its really hard when you're getting food delivered and you don't have enough money to buy anything good. Now I'm gonna go drink this smoothie and eat some pizza at the Super 8 Motel room. Also our producer Ariel is totally awesome! he plays in the band foreign born (foreignbornmusic.blogspot.com) and has been really pushing us to try new things with these recordings. Towards the end of our recording session today we were working on the tune "song for the girl (with too much to say)" and he made us take our a drumbreak and another part. We ended up writing a completely new bridge part and playing the chorus one more time. We see things really developing. We will keep you fresh on your heels when you hear this recording, and you'll be thrown off by the quality and sophistication of the arranging. Ariel is doing well, and today i ate mcdonalds. i think i might hang myself.
cheers peeps,
-trevor and jordy
